1. Check the positioning of the tow pump. The tow pump should be installed on a roughly level and solid ground, with all four legs touching the ground simultaneously to ensure that the tires do not bear weight. The ground should be soft to prevent subsidence, and wooden blocks or boards should be added for fixation.
2. Inspect the laying and connection of each pipeline, check whether the straight pipes are in a straight line, whether the pipe layout is reasonable, and whether each pipe joint is tight.
3. Check whether the water tank and hopper are filled with water.
4. Check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank and whether the oil level in the grease pump oil tank is full. If it is insufficient, it should be filled up. Manually pump the oil and check whether the oil supply at each lubrication point is normal.
5. Check if the cable joints are loose or damaged, and whether all switches are in the "off" position. Then close the power switch, jog the motor briefly, and check if the motor's rotation direction is correct. (If the rotation direction is incorrect, simply swap any two phase power lines.)
Before starting the motor, it is necessary to check whether the hopper screen and the bottom door are closed properly and whether there are any foreign objects in the hopper.
7. In winter, when the temperature is relatively low, it is necessary to run the machine idle for a period of time. Only when the temperature of the hydraulic oil rises above 20 ° C can the material discharge and pumping start.
8. Run the machine idle for 10 minutes to check if the pressure gauge shows normally, whether the stirring device can reverse, and if the forward and reverse pump actions are normal.
